Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Adam Jacobsen ("we") about using venbi. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old and provide a real email address that you control.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us if you think it has been compromised.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone or create accounts to get around a suspension or block.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to store it, process it (for example resizing photos) and show it to the people you choose, only so that we can run venbi for you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. Only post things you have the right to share, and be mindful of other people's privacy when you post photos of them.
What's not allowed
- Harassment, threats, hate, or bullying of others.
- Sexual content involving minors (we report this to the authorities), and any content that is illegal.
- Sharing someone's private information or intimate images without their consent.
- Spam, scams, automated accounts, or scraping.
- Trying to break, overload, or get around venbi's security or limits.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
You can block anyone and report posts, comments, messages and profiles. We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. We may act without notice where needed to protect people or the service.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Deleting your account permanently deletes your content, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service
venbi is a small, independently run service provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable and to back up your data, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is nothing for a free account). Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; if the changes are important we'll tell you before they apply. These terms are governed by Danish law, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
